Behavior Analyst (BCBA/IBA) – Full-Time

About the role

The Behavior Analyst leads the assessment, development, and implementation of evidence‑based behavior interventions to support student learning, engagement, and wellbeing. Working collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionals, the Analyst ensures effective behavior support systems, promotes positive behavior across the school, and removes barriers to learning for students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), delivering direct push‑in and pull‑out interventions.
• Provide case supervision, train and coach Behavior Therapists, and monitor fidelity and quality of interventions.
• Support the development and implementation of a school‑wide behavior framework (e.g., PBIS) and crisis prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCo, and leadership to coordinate student support and communicate progress to parents.
• Collect, maintain, and analyze behavioral data, contributing to IEPs and ensuring compliance with BACB standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis or Education with BCBA or IBA certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supporting students with behavioral needs.
• Experience supervising or coaching support staff (preferred).
