Associate Director – Client Services

About the role

Artex is seeking an Associate Director – Client Services to support its Client Services Directors in executing strategy, overseeing operations and driving corporate initiatives. The role will lead a team of client service and account managers while ensuring high‑quality service delivery for a portfolio of licensed insurance companies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance management for a varied portfolio of licensed insurance companies.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, regulators and business partners, acting as primary contact.
• Review client accounting records and ensure timely, high‑quality financial statements and reports.
• Oversee audit processes and contribute to effective cash‑management practices.
• Liaise with regulators and registrars to submit regulatory filings and applications on behalf of clients.
• Prepare, attend and present at board meetings, including occasional overseas travel.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of client companies to ensure compliance with internal and external controls and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure timely resolution of client complaints.
• Contribute to sales strategy through profitability analyses, service‑provider relationship management and revenue‑generation collaboration.
• Provide oversight and leadership for a team of client service managers and account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, risk management, accounting, finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
