President – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven President to lead the overall business performance, strategic growth, and operational execution of a diversified construction and real‑estate organization. The President will translate the Board’s strategic vision into measurable results, driving revenue, profitability, and expanding the development pipeline while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across construction, real‑estate development, property investment, business development, and financial performance.
• Translate the Board’s vision into clear annual and long‑term business plans, identifying opportunities for expansion, diversification, acquisitions, partnerships, and new markets.
• Assume full P&L responsibility, overseeing revenue, profitability, cash flow, budgets, forecasts, capital expenditure, and resource allocation.
• Oversee construction portfolio delivery, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and robust project governance.
• Lead real‑estate development strategy, managing land acquisition, feasibility, financing, planning, approvals, construction, sales, leasing, and asset disposition.
• Drive business development initiatives to generate new opportunities and expand market presence.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, real‑estate development, property investment, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of managing large‑scale operations and full P&L responsibilities.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial discipline, and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with investors, developers, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
