Manager, Corporate Services

About the role

The Manager, Corporate Services will lead the delivery of corporate, secretarial and trust services across Apex Group’s global network. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the central hub between client delivery teams, compliance, finance and internal audit to ensure high‑quality, timely service for hedge fund and private equity clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery for corporate services, secretarial and trust teams.
• Coordinate with client delivery leads in Cayman and other offices to manage client requests, board meetings and service timelines.
• Serve as liaison with compliance, finance, internal audit and other support functions.
• Manage accounts receivable follow‑ups and ensure data integrity of client files.
• Project‑manage annual filings, regulatory and internal initiatives.
• Maintain and update internal controls, policies, procedures and systems.
• Ensure client companies comply with relevant legislation and stay current with Cayman Islands regulatory changes.
• Provide mentorship, training and performance management for the team.
• Liaise with overseas offices, lawyers, auditors, bankers and investment managers to deliver high‑quality service.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in corporate services.
• At least 10 years of experience in the funds industry, working with hedge fund and private equity clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior‑level client relationships.
• Flexibility to attend and minute meetings outside normal working hours.
