About the role

The Internal Audit Graduate will work under supervision of senior team members, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple industries while progressing toward CIA certification. This full‑time position offers mentorship, study leave and a pathway to a professional internal audit career.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering background information on audit areas.
• Participate in risk assessments to identify key focus areas.
• Perform draft gap analysis on policies against regulatory requirements.
• Help develop audit programs and document request lists.
• Conduct walkthroughs of business processes with senior staff.
• Prepare draft weekly status updates for clients.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss observations and document minutes.
• Engage in training sessions and professional development activities.

Required profile

• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience (internship in public accounting or professional services is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
