Specialist, Virtual Guarding & Robotics

About the role

The Security Centre Limited is creating a new Virtual Guarding & Robotics division and needs a technically strong, commercially minded professional to lead its development in the Cayman Islands. This permanent, full-time role will combine technology-enabled security services with traditional guarding to deliver recurring-revenue solutions for private and public-sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow a Virtual Guarding service, integrating it with existing contract-guarding solutions and managing the full sales pipeline.
• Develop and commercialise drone, aerial security, ground robotics and autonomous maritime platforms for government and corporate customers.
• Build and maintain channel partnerships, vendor relationships and regulatory compliance for all technology deployments.
• Lead research and development, evaluate emerging security technologies, and maintain a company-wide R&D roadmap.
• Provide technical expertise to support tenders, complex client requirements and cross-functional projects.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in technology-enabled security services.
• Hands-on background with security systems, installations and monitoring platforms.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling commercial security technology solutions.
• Ability to work with OEMs, system integrators and specialist technology providers.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing client accounts during product launch.
