Senior Manager – Fund Accounting

About the role

Harmonic is seeking a Senior Manager to lead fund accounting activities for a portfolio of complex investment funds. Based in our Cayman office, you will ensure operational effectiveness, deliver accurate NAV calculations, and support client‑focused services.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify fund offering memoranda against fund set‑up and ongoing operations.
• Liaise with investment managers, prime brokers and custodians to process transactions and prepare NAV.
• Perform weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly or quarterly NAV reviews, including cash item verification and three‑way reconciliations.
• Obtain and validate independent third‑party pricing (e.g., Bloomberg) as needed.
• Calculate partner/shareholder allocations, management and incentive fees, and feeder‑specific income/expenses.
• Manage client relationships, integrate new business, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation, defining scope, objectives and schedules.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in fund accounting for complex investment structures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility to handle standard and ad‑hoc reporting requests.
• Excellent client‑relationship and communication skills.
