Physiotherapist – Ward & Outpatient Care

About the role

Align is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join its team at Health City East End. You will work across hospital wards and the outpatient clinic, delivering post‑operative, respiratory, neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Key responsibilities

• Independently triage and prioritise daily patient caseload across ward, respiratory, post‑operative and outpatient lists.
• Conduct evidence‑based assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Provide early mobilisation, post‑operative rehabilitation and respiratory care on the wards.
• Deliver airway clearance, breathing exercises, secretion management and oxygen/ventilation support.
• Progress patients safely from acute care to outpatient rehabilitation.
• Treat walk‑in and referred outpatients with musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, cardiac and neurological conditions.

Required profile

• Qualified physiotherapist with experience in ward‑based and outpatient settings.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong clinical judgement for post‑operative and respiratory cases.
