MEPF Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEPF Manager to lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm and Controls services across a portfolio of construction projects. You will provide strategic oversight of safety, quality, schedule, cost and commissioning while driving consistency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MEPF construction delivery from planning through commissioning, closeout and handover for multiple projects.
• Provide strategic oversight of safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk and contractor performance.
• Mentor and develop MEP construction engineers and superintendents.
• Coordinate civil, structural and architectural interfaces to ensure seamless project sequencing.
• Lead QA/QC programs and promote right‑first‑time delivery practices.
• Foster a safety‑first culture through proactive risk management and HSE compliance.
• Drive design coordination, procurement, commissioning, commercial performance and project closeout activities.

Required profile

• Relevant trade qualification, degree or professional certification in MEPF or construction management.
• 12+ years of progressive construction management experience delivering complex MEPF scopes.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Advanced knowledge of MEPF systems integration, testing, commissioning and operational readiness.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining standards.
