Head of Finance

About the role

Strategic Wealth Preservation Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead its accounting, financial reporting and control functions. The role will support the company’s rapid growth in the precious metals and wealth preservation sector while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Manage month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes and cash‑flow management.
• Develop and enforce robust accounting policies, internal controls and risk‑management frameworks.
• Review and reconcile high‑value inventory accounts for bullion, coins and other precious metals.
• Partner with vault operations and trading teams to track metal movements, validate pricing and support valuation.
• Lead inventory‑related audits, third‑party vault inspections and regulatory reviews.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and transfer‑pricing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance functions in a fast‑paced, specialised environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to partner with senior leadership, operations and trading teams.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and hands‑on approach to financial accuracy and operational excellence.

Required skills

• U.S. GAAP financial reporting.

• Cash‑flow management and capital structure evaluation.
• Inventory accounting for precious metals holdings.
